COVID 19 Message to Residents 

Illinois Governor's Executive Order has extended the Social Distancing Policy and Stay at Home Orders to the end of May 2020.

We hope this message finds you well all that all of you are remaining safe and healthy. We know this is an incredibly stressful time for everyone and we at Hartmann Rentals have altered many policies during these times to help as best as we can.

Office- Our office lobby doors will remain closed until further notice but we have made arrangements to handle most situations remotely.

Rent- We have extended our April policy to not charge late fees, 5 day fees, collection costs or additional expenses for anyone that may need additional time making payment arrangements. Please call the office to make arrangements if needed.

Credit Card fees- We have also decided to absorb the cost of any CC’ fees for May rent paid in full. Reminder- paying through your online portal does not cost anything additional.

Maintenance- We are still forced to only make EMERGENCY Repairs at this time. These are Plumbing leaks, Electrical Hazards, or any Safety related items. All other calls will be logged in the system and handled after the Pandemic.

If maintenance does have to enter your unit, please follow the 6’ social distancing guidelines or consider leaving the unit while repairs are made.

Showings- Units will still be shown however 1) Showings will be limited to TWO people 2) Applications must be done online 3) Appointments must be confirmed. Please call our office for more details.
